UK Orders
All UK orders over £80 will include free delivery (Evri Standard Delivery). We use Evri Standard Delivery (2-4 days) and Evri Next Day Delivery (1-2 days) for most domestic orders and they take 1 to 3 working day to arrive to you.
Shipping
We make every effort to package and ship all customer orders promptly. However, delays can occasionally occur due to system errors or incorrect address details. To help avoid any issues, please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For UK orders you will receive your order in 1-2 working days if you select Express-Evri Next day Delivery service, and 2-4 working days for the Standard-Evri Standard Delivery service.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed by 3:30pm will be dispatched on the same working day, provided there are no issues with your address.
I’m still waiting for my order to arrive?
If the expected delivery date has passed, we recommend that you look at the viewport link provided in your confirmation email, to track your order. There may have been a delivery attempt or your package may have been left at a designated location. For any further issues, please feel free to contact us at support@qadrcollections.com and remember to include your order number.

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14days after receiving your item to request a return. Customers will have to provide return shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We kindly ask that you check your order as soon as it arrives. If you find that it’s damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please get in touch with us right away so we can assess the situation and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that have been worn or damaged are not eligible for return, as they cannot be resold. If you're unsure about the condition of your item or have any concerns, feel free to reach out to us.
Please note that returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive your desired item is to return your original purchase first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and reviewed your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If it is, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.

After receiving your return, we’ll inspect it to ensure it’s in resalable condition. Once approved, we will proceed with processing your refund or exchange.
How can I exchange an item I ordered? An exchange is done by returning one item and emailing us which you want to exchange with
What happens after I send an item that I want to exchange? We will do our best to send you the item you want in exchange of your order and if we are out of stock we will get in contact with you via email/phone to help you resolve the issue.
Can I get my shipping fee refunded? Shipping costs are non refundable and in the case of a return or exchange we do not refund or cover shipping fees.
How long does my refund take to process? Please allow 14 days for your money to appear in your account.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered? Once the order has been dispatched, you will be able to track it on the email we send you. This email will also inform you what day it is expected to arrive.

I received the incorrect product, how should I proceed?
We carefully hand-package each order with great attention to detail. However, due to the volume of packages we handle daily and the possibility of human error, mistakes can occasionally occur. If you receive the wrong item, please email Support@qadrcollections.com with your purchase receipt and a photo of the product you received, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
